Yes. The employee introduces itself as your company's AI employee and never claims to be human. You choose its name and tone.
Where is our data stored?
Your company profile, knowledge base and conversations are stored on our servers, tied only to your dashboard and never shared with other customers.
What happens when the answer limit runs out?
The employee stops taking new tasks until the end of the month and you get a notification. Contact us to raise the limit.
Which languages does it work in?
Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish. It replies in the language the other person writes in.
Can social media, WhatsApp or a CRM be connected?
Website chat connects with one line of code. There is an API for WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and CRM — we help with setup.
How is payment made?
By bank transfer against an invoice, monthly or yearly (discounted).
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, any month. If the next invoice is not paid, employees pause after the grace period and your data is kept.
What if an answer is wrong?
Write the correct answer as an example in the dashboard and update the knowledge base. The employee relies on it in later tasks.
What drives the price?
Company size (monthly workload) and token volume.
Can AI answer phone calls?
Yes — the AI call center connects to your number and speaks Azerbaijani.
Do you transcribe audio?
Yes, in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, with speakers and summaries.
